This study aims to analyze workload, work discipline and motivation on the spirit of Curup Prison, Bengkulu Province. research method is quantitative. The objects in this were Prison employees, totaling 93 people. sampling technique saturated technique. Data collection techniques using observation by distributing questionnaires. There are several data analysis used study, including instrument tests, classical assumption multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. results showed that workload pvalue was 0.043 < alpha 0.05; b) has a 0.001 c) from 0.000 <alpha 0.050. In conclusion, variable negative significant effect morale. Work have positive impact Simultaneously discipline, morale Lapas employees.
